Partner, technical director and member of the board of directors, B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering at UFMG and expert in Organizational Management. Participated on the mission for Brazilian executives to Japan in 1991. Raimundo has been leading several management improvement programs in organizations for over 30 years.

MARIA HELENA GODOY

Partner, holds a dregee in pedagogy at PUC-MG (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais). Expert in education management, having published 14 books in the subject. Creator of GIDE (Gestão Integrada da Escola) metodology, which has certified more than 600 600 thousand teachers and benefited over 4 million students, in more than 5 thousand private and public schools throughout Brazil.

ERICO BARROS

Member of the board of directors and partner, holds a degree in business management at UNISUAM (Sociedade Unificada de Ensino Superior Augusto Motta) and specialization in finance and economics by Cambridge University. Expert in public business valuation. Took part in the program for management development at Harvard University. Member of the first mission for Brazilian executives to Japan, in 1991. He has been leading several management improvement projects in companies from several segments.

ORLANDO EULER DE CASTRO

Member of the board of directors and partner, B.Sc. in Mining, Metallurgical and Civil Engineering at UFOP (Federal University of Ouro Preto) and PhD at Université de Paris. Contributed in the definition of Brazilian governmental policies for Mining and industry, he received the “Medalha da Ordem do Rio Branco”, a very important Brazilian award for his contribution to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He has been leading several management improvement projects in the public and private sectors, especially in Colombia. Orlando also coordinates missions of Latin American executives to Brazil.
